At A Mouthful of Masterpieces, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer both digital products (ebooks and music downloads) and physical books (printed on-demand and shipped to you). Our refund policy varies based on the product type.

2. Digital Products (Ebooks & Music)
2.1 Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:
- The download link is not working or inaccessible
- The file is corrupted or won't open
- The product is significantly different from its description
- You accidentally purchased the same product twice
- You're not satisfied with the content (case-by-case basis)
2.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided if:
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- You've changed your mind after downloading (unless technical issues)
- You purchased the wrong item due to not reading the description
- You're unable to download due to your internet connection
- You shared or distributed the files after download
3. Physical Books
📦 Important:
Physical books are printed specifically for your order. Once printing begins, we cannot cancel or refund the order. However, we stand behind the quality of our products.
3.1 Quality Guarantee
We will replace your physical book at no charge if:
- The book arrives damaged during shipping
- There are printing defects (missing pages, incorrect binding, etc.)
- The book has significant quality issues
- You received the wrong book
You must report quality issues within 14 days of delivery with photos of the defect.
3.2 Non-Returnable Situations
Physical books cannot be returned or refunded for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Buyer's remorse or dissatisfaction with content
- Delayed delivery due to incorrect shipping address provided
- Normal wear and tear after delivery
- Minor color variations (printing may differ slightly from screen display)
3.3 Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you didn't receive it:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Verify the shipping address was correct
- Wait 48 hours (sometimes packages are marked delivered early)
- Contact us within 7 days if still not received
We'll work with our print partner to investigate and resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement at our discretion.
3.4 Shipping Delays
Physical books typically ship within 5-7 business days. Delivery times vary by location (typically 3-10 business days after shipping). We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we'll help track your order if needed.
3.5 Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive the wrong book, contact us immediately with your order number and a photo. We'll send the correct book at no charge and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Your order number or email used for purchase
- Name of the product
- Reason for refund request
- Screenshots of any technical issues (if applicable)
Step 3: Wait for Response
We'll review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
5. Refund Processing
5.1 Approval
Once we receive your refund request, we'll review it and notify you of the approval or denial. If approved, the refund will be processed immediately.
5.2 Timeline
- Stripe/Credit Card: 5-10 business days to appear in your account
- PayPal: 1-3 business days
- Bank Transfer: Up to 10 business days
The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Before requesting a refund for technical issues, we encourage you to contact our support team. Many issues can be resolved quickly:
- Download Issues: We can resend the link or provide an alternative download method
- File Format Problems: We can convert the file to a compatible format
- Access Problems: We can verify your purchase and restore access

7. Bundle Purchases
For bundle purchases (e.g., complete book series):
- Refunds apply to the entire bundle, not individual items
- Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- If you've only experienced issues with one item in the bundle, we'll replace that item first
8. Promotional Codes & Discounts
If you used a promotional code or received a discount:
- Refunds are issued for the amount actually paid
- Promotional codes cannot be reused after a refund
- You may not repurchase the same item with a different discount code after refund
9. Exchanges
We don't typically offer exchanges for digital products. However, if you:
- Accidentally purchased the wrong product
- Want a different format (PDF vs. ePub, for example)
- Want to upgrade to a bundle
